Business Impact Analysis

Training (BIA)

Identify your real priorities to build lasting resilience

Why take this training course?

Business Impact Analysis (BIA) is the first step in any business continuity process. It helps you understand what is truly critical in your organisation by identifying your essential business processes, associated business objects and their technical dependencies.

At Arkeion-Formation, we make BIA an operational exercise, aligned with the Ransom-Kick method and integrated into the Arkeion Group ecosystem.

Training programme

The training programme is divided into three stages:

  1. Discovery of basic concepts (processes, business functions, business objects, application dependencies).
  2. Practical application through case studies and collaborative workshops where participants build their own impact map.
  3. Consolidation with the production of a BIA deliverable that can be used the very next day within the organisation.

Typical duration: 2 days in person or 4 half-days remotely.
