Why take this course?

The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is the foundation that ensures the continuation of critical business activities in the event of a major crisis.

This course allows you to move from theory to action by building a pragmatic continuity plan that can be directly implemented by your business and IT teams.

Aligned with the Ransom-Kick method, it is part of the Arkeion Group ecosystem, consistent with the other building blocks: BIA, DRP, CRP and Arkeionis.

Course structure

The course is organised in three stages:

  1. Design: transforming the priorities identified in the BIA into continuity requirements.
  2. Structuring: defining the necessary human, technical and documentary resources.
  3. Formalisation: producing a comprehensive Plan B including reflex sheets, procedures and degraded modes.

Typical duration: 3 days in person or 6 half-days remotely.
