Role-playing & collaborative exercises

Strengthening coordination and collective reflexes in crisis situations

Why take this training course?

A resilient organisation does not rely solely on documents: above all, it relies on teams capable of reacting together.

Role-playing and collaborative exercises are designed to put your employees in real-life situations, test inter-team coordination and develop communication and decision-making reflexes under pressure.

At Arkeion-Formation, we transform theory into living practice, aligned with the Ransom-Kick method and integrated into the Arkeion Group ecosystem.

Training programme

The training takes place in three stages:

  1. Contextualisation: presentation of a crisis scenario (cyberattack, operational incident, critical failure, etc.).
  2. Role-playing: assignment of roles (business, IT, communication, management) and real-time exercise.
  3. Collaborative debriefing: analysis of behaviours, highlighting successful coordination points and areas for improvement.

Typical duration: 1 to 2 days depending on the complexity of the scenario.
