Crisis simulations allow teams to test theory against reality: making decisions under pressure, managing uncertainty and coordinating actions in a stressful environment.

Training programme
The training is organised in three stages:
- Preparation: definition of scenarios tailored to your sector and your challenges.
- Simulation: real-time simulation (cyberattack, site loss, external disaster, health crisis, etc.).
- Debriefing: collective analysis of the decisions taken, strengths and areas for improvement.
Typical duration: 1 to 2 days depending on the complexity of the scenarios.

- Building a realistic scenario tailored to the business context
- Real-time execution with constraints and unforeseen events
- Group debriefing and feedback on lessons learned
